With the squat video, I keep finding more and more things to talk about so I've to keep editing my nonsensical blabber out and put the important stuff in.

I've added the accessory movements and differences between how you might, wanna squat based on your femur length and flexibility. I've also tweaked some things based on differences in pulling technique (More hamstring dominant [European?], more quad dominant [Chinese?]).

I've studied what the Chinese do.

Now it's time to embrace what I'm weaker at. The European style, which I put a link to. Which IRONICALLY, suits my body type better.

Basic observations of the European style pull;

1. It's really requires a strong upper body. Back, traps, lats, arms are sore as hell trying to pull this way.

2. My quads are on fire

3. I dart under the bar much quicker but I've no clue how to stabilise it

4. I'm still not very adept at extending up. I seem to be jumping back more than punching the bar up.

I'm going to take a trip down to Solitude Of Strength in Singapore, next Tuesday to get more samples to video. If you're in Singapore, give me a holler. Y'all freak out over the riot?
